Getting Around Trillian for iPhone

Contacts Tab

The contacts tab will show you your Trillian contact list, where you can initiate conversations with your friends or add new contacts.
Offline contacts won't show up if you have Trillian configured to hide offline contacts. This setting can be found in your iPhone Settings App, in the Trillian section.
You can add a contact using the Contact tab's [+] button in the upper-right.
You can search for a contact using the search box at the top of the contact list. If you can't see the search box, you may have to pull your list down further to reveal it.

Favorites

If you have a large contact list, you'll be able to become better organizes by adding your most often used contacts as favorites. To designate a contact as a favorite, simply click on the blue arrow to the right of their contact list entry and then tap the "Add Favorite" button. They'll now show up in your Favorites tab!
Tip: If you ever delete Trillian from your iPhone, your favorites list will be cleared.

Chats

All ongoing conversations appear in the Chats tab.
Every entry in the Chats tab is also shown as a tab at the top of every conversation window, so you don't always need to come back to the Chats tab to switch between open conversations!

To close a chat, slide your finger from right to left over the entry then delete.

Trillian will let you choose an existing photo from your iPhone or take a new one with the camera. Afterwards, you can crop the image for fine tuning. Debug

Diagnostic Log

These logs can be sent by signing out and clicking the "About" tab at the bottom of Trillian's sign in screen, where you'll find a button to manage diagnostic logs. Each log will be listed with a date and time. Tapping an entry will send the log to our developers. In most cases we will require the last three logs. If you are comfortable reporting software bugs please review our Bug Reporting Guide for instructions on how to access our Bugzilla. If you submit a bug then please reference the date & time that your debug logs were sent.
