Are you using the Trillian app for your smartphone? Maybe you've tried Trillian for Web recently?

Both the web and phone (iPhone, BlackBerry, and Android) products use server-proxied connections for stability. The desktop platform products create connections directly from your machine. There wasn't anything malicious about the access - simply passing the connection from our server to their server.
