Astra not logging in

Today the Astra account is not logging in. This seems similar to a recent issue regarding ports and failover. I have exited and reopened Trillian. Any helpful suggestions would be appreciated.

There is a new version of Trillian available that will likely help your situation.

Mac 1.4: Available on Mac App Store
Give the newer version a try and see if it helps. If not, can you update the port used to connect to Trillian? There are two ways to do that:
1) Click on the pencil icon in the upper right of the tile on the login screen
2) Click on the Trillian Button in the Contact List -> Manage Accounts -> Click on the astra username -> Settings
Change the port from 3158 -> 443.

Thank you for your reply.
I installed 5.2 (beta, I'm brave), the Astra still does not connect.
I set the port to 443 when you first did server maintenance and had issues
with failover, I did not reset it.
Attached is a screenshot to show settings.
I appreciate your help in this matter. Trillian is very important to me in
my daily life, I appreciate the work you guys do. If you have any
questions, or I can do anything to help, please don't hesitate to let me
know. I make a reasonable guinea pig, Windows 7 at the office, Android
4.0.4 currently on my phone, and a less-than-averagely dumb user
(hopefully).

Please click on the Astra connection icon on the contact list and choose the "Show Status Window" option. Copy and paste the contents into a reply to this message.

Error code 0 usually indicates that there is a block on the connection attempt. Are you part of a corporate network? Is it possible that port 443 is blocked by your IT staff?
