How do I start a yahoo conference?

I want to setup a conference room for me and another 3 people. I can't seem to find an option for conference rooms in the Yahoo icon up top in the accounts area. I see chat rooms, but that's it. Any help would be great.

    If you open an IM window, you'll see an option to invite at the top of the window. So open with one of the people and invite the other.
