All AIM contacts appear offline
I know this isn't new, but I have yet to find a thread that offered a solution.
I have two AIM screens names (as well as many other service account i.e. Y!, MSN, Google, Jabber, etc). Both are signed in and both show online and all contacts from all other services are fine. However, for one of the AIM screennames, all of the contacts appear offline and my contacts tell me that I appear offline to them. I am seeing this on both the Windows client as well as my Android client.
Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?

Apparently MS updated their servers. Has broken Trillian contacts for me as well as sync of my email, contacts and calendar on my phone. Any suggestions?

I was actually able to solve this last night (after dealing with it for a month). In one thread that I read, it mentioned something about blocking all contacts and then unblocking them. I ended up doing that but with a single contact (block, wait a moment, unblock a contact) and then suddenly all of my contacts returned to normal and I was back online from my friends' point of view (I was showing offline to them even though I showed online myself.)
I'll check out the beta anyway though.

I have had similar issues recently. My Google Talk contacts - who I am connected to through AIM - appear Offline or Idle when they are Online and Available. They also say that I appear Offline to them sometimes and that - when they send me an IM - it says it can't go through.
I think this is a problem with AIM and Google Talk, but I'm not sure.
Anyone having/had this problem?

All my contacts appear offline and I appear offline for all as well. I am connected to the messengers I am using, so I am not sure why they cannot see me and I cannot see them. Please advise. I just reinstalled Trillian - do you know why it is still happening?

Go to Preferences->Plugins and disable the AIM plugin. Restart Trillian. Return to Preferences->Plugins and re-enable the plugin. Go to Preferences->Acounts to readd the AIM (and/or ICQ) connections.
That might help. Let me know if not.

Hi Guys,
We are having an issue where one of the users appears as offline to everyone else even though it says she is connected. Also, she is receiving old conversations that actually belong to other users....How incredibly weird is that?!? So, in order to get things back to normal, she has to disconnect then reconnect to trillian and it works for a few hours or so then the same thing happens. You guys have any idea of what this might be?
