If you want to delete all traces of a conversation (including
cloud stored history, if you're a Pro user with cloud history
enabled), go to the History Viewer (on the Contact List, click
Trillian menu->Chat History) and browse to the person who you'd
want to delete history for. Once you can see the history, from the
Action menu, click "Delete all...".
If you want to delete history from a local machine but do NOT
want to delete it from the cloud, then go to Preferences->Chat
History and find the location of your log files. Navigate there via
Windows Explorer and find and delete the files (there will be more
than one) for the username that you want to delete history for.
Deletion of all files via Windows Explorer destroys the local copy
of history but not the cloud copy of history (if you're a Pro user
with cloud history enabled).
If you go to Preferences->Chat History, you can see the path
where your history is being stored. Navigate to that folder and
delete the files (this will not remove the log from the cloud if
you're using cloud storage - only the local machine). To delete
from everywhere, find the conversation through the History Viewer
and delete it there.
To configure history, go to Preferences->Chat History and
choose the appropriate options.
To enable (or disable) for a single contact, right-click their
IM window and choose Options->Logging->On (or Off, or Default
to follow Global settings).
I would like to delete all chat history from my work computer.
When I went to the address of the log files, there was no
"appdata\roaming\trillian\users\savery88\logs". I tried to delete
the path anyway, but was not able to modify. Does this mean that
the chats are not saved, perhaps because I do not have a pro
account? I would prefer them to be not saved, and just want to
confirm that is the case here. Thank you!

You can find the path via Preferences->Chat History, just to
confirm. That screen will also show you what is being logged.
History will be logged locally regardless of whether or not you're
a Pro user.
Thank you, Glenn. I followed the path, but there was no folder
called "appdata." I would like to delete all records of my chats
from my work computer, but am not sure how to do that when the file
Trillian states is there, is not. Does the above path seem correct?
If "appdata" is not there, is there a chance that my chats are not
being saved?

The appdata folder is a hidden Windows system folder. If you're
unable to see it, you'll need to change your Windows Explorer
settings to allow you to see hidden folders. It is definitely there
- your Windows account wouldn't work properly without it.
