    Trillian 5.1 supports Skype text and audio calls. We are investigating support for video calls as well for a future release.

    In blackberry app world the tech sheet says:
    * Astra, MSN®, Facebook Chat, Yahoo®. * AIM/ICQ®, Google™, MySpaceIM, Jabber.

    Right now the Skype SDK we're using does not allow us to integrate on the mobile side. We're in discussions with Skype about this limitation and hope to have a solution some day in the future. At the moment there is no timeline for when that might happen but keep an eye on the developers blog for information as it becomes available.

    How about Skype Out? I can't figure how to call out to regular telephones, or add number to a contact. I did with the plugin where you were required to have Skype running in the background.
