Sure - some of the networks, like Windows Live Messenger, will
let you add a contact's phone number and use their network service
to send an SMS message to the recipient. Enter the phone number in
the format of "+12035551212" (the +1 being the country code and
required) as a new WLM contact and you should be all set.
